Hi, How does this work? can i just download a theme for any computer? like idk if it matters because I'm using a Windows XP, so yeah cani get some info about this?

Josef, have you browsed the Winstep web site already and read what is written there, FAQs, etc...?

These are skinnable applications, not just 'themes'. And yes, they work under Windows 2000, XP, Vista, and 7, 32 or 64 bit.
