 Post subject: How do I disable the bouncing icon effect in Windows 7?

I'm a registered (and paid) user and love the Nexus/Winstep dock. But I can't get the boing effect to go away - the bouncing icon after I've clicked on a dock icon. I've tried the following to no effect:

preferences>dock&shelves>behavior> check disable final boing effect

I don't have the problem in Vista, only Win 7. How do I disable the bouncing icon effect?

what you want is under preferences/docks&shelves/docks/effects. the disable final boing effect under preferences/docks&shelves/docks/behavior is a dock effect and not a icon effect.
