I have buyed Nexus Ultimate. The registration file arrived successful (and i saved the file), but i deletet the email.

So i miss the link of the Nexus Ultimate download. I cant find the download on your Page.

Could you please send me the donload link for Nexus Ultimate again please?

I have mailed to the support at 13.04.2013 but there is still no reply to my mail.

Data666, only winstep/jorge can resend you your key. the rest of us are just owners of various winstep products and not staff of the forum, nor are any of us employees of winstep technologies. winstep/jorge is the sole creator and programmer of winstep products. he is also the only one capable of distributing keys for the various winstep products. i would suggest you pm, and email him again. you may also want to contact bmt micro as they may have other means for contacting jorge.

For reasons that are unclear to us, Jorge (head of Winstep Technologies) is temporarily absent and he would be the one with access to make the email verification you suggest and resend you the link. Because we believe the situation is temporary [none of us is thinking he was run over by a train or anything] please be patient and give it a bit of time for this to be sorted out. You will get the Nexus Ultimate you paid for, don't worry about it.

I can't help it, to give it another go. Your statement

sounds strange. So let's just check that you performed the following steps:

1) You received an activation key as an attachment in an email (possibly different from the one with the download link) and this key would be named Nexus something or just Nexus or just Ultimate and have an extension of the type wsxkey, or some combination of the letters of Winstep and key. 2) Then you deleted the email with the download link [I assume you emptied the trash but if you use a hotmail or gmail account in a desktop email client, did you check the trash folder directly in the server? Sometimes deleted emails are still there for a long while.] Then: 3) according to my suggestion you downloaded the trial and installed it. At this point the registration key should be identifiable by an icon belonging to Winstep with a key, and not the icon of some general unidentified file. Just to be on the safe side restart the computer. 4) Double-clicking the key you were able to ascertain for sure that the registration did not occur and you are still running an unlicensed copy? [I am a bit at a loss here because I can't reproduce Nexus Ultimate in my computer so I can't be more precise than this.]

LightningBolt, is right. lets say you have gmail you have to goto your account on google to empty the trash. i run outlook with all my accounts in it and still have to goto the web based accounts to empty the built up trash. also are you sure that you have the correct product for your key?
