License paid but not received

Hi admin,

Renewed Winstep Extreme on 9. April.2014, but still no license in my inbox. Checked also Junk folder but no license mail found. Emails to support unanswered.

BMT Micro order: 6128412.

Could you check please?

Sorry for the delay... I've re-sent your key and asked BMT Micro to do the same from their side.

Can you please confirm receiving it?

Sorry, but i don´t receive a Mail from Winstep with the key or from BMT Micro.

Have you sent the key to [REMOVED FOR PRIVACY]?
If you have, please send the key to [REMOVED FOR PRIVACY]

The only answer ist that the mail is filtered out before I get it on my Accout.
Last year it worked properly :cry:

joe edit you post so your email addresses are not in it. send jorge / winstep a pm with those addresses.

Now i received the key, but it dons´t work.

After saving the key and double click, there is only the message: License key is valid for upgrades released until April 8, 2014 (See the attachment)

What is now wrong? :cry:

pretty sure you doubleclicked your old key by mistake.
