Should I be concerned

I purchased Nexus Ultimate this morning 05/14/2014 @ approximately 12:30 A.M. EDT. I know that it is stated that one should wait approximately 48 hours. But in attempting to go back to the Winstep website this evening I can no longer access the web site. Obviously this forum site is still functioning, but not so for the Product site. I verified that the site is down through the Is It Down website.I really like the Nexus Dock but probably should have read this forum more carefully regarding the issues with receiving the email with a download link and the license.I am now concerned that I will be out the cost of the product license. Is this an valid concern?

Hi!

You should have your license key by now... Winstep site is down due to a technical problem, they're working on it to solve it, should be back up later on during the day.

I did receive the email but the site is still down. Is tere an alternate site that can be used or maybe send the download file as an attachment?

For Nexus Ultimate, unfortunately not... site should be back up in a couple of hours, sorry...
