I recently purchased a licence for Nexus Ultimate. Having tried the free version on Win 8.1u1 I was really pleased with it's performance and decided to go for the Ultimate version.

I purchased the licence via BMTMicro, but have not had any e-mail from WinStep with my licence Key. As compared to most online purchasing systems, where the licence key is auto-generated and sent out with minutes, having to wait well over 2 days and still not receiving anything seems somewhat behind the times to say the least!

My BMTMicro invoice number is: 6163484

Please could you e-mail me the licence key ASAP.
As an independent IT Consultant, I would be more that happy to recomend this product to my clients, but if they have to wait so long for the licence key I'm not so sure.

Also is there any development going on with Nexus at present. It seems like a very long time since version 12.2 was released?

unfortunately waiting more than 48 hours for your key has been the norm for some time now. as for development being done on winstep products at this time i could not tell you, but my last subscription ran out on may 6th, 2012 which was after 12.2 came out.

Can you please check if you already received your key?
