Hello, I already sent 3 emails to customer support but never heard back.
Here is the copy of my email:

(Hello. I purchased Winstep Xtreme two weeks ago. Then I decided to use just Winstep Nexus Docking System. So I uninstalled Winstep Xtreme and then bought and installed Nexus Ultimate. Please refund the amount I paid for Winstep Xtreme.)
