 Post subject: Winstep Nexus does not work correctly

We installed nexus winstep in our cafe but there are others that won't work properly. When starting windows, Nexus did run at start but after loggin in to account, Nexus won't show like it was crashed itself and I need to double click nexus icon again to run. OS is Windows x64 professional and Visual c++ is already installed

Are you sure you did not check the option to "hide automatically at startup" or something like that ?

Dock Properties / Behavior / Advanced : "Immediately hide or collapse the dock on startup".
