I think it happened when I went from Windows 7 to Windows 10 to Windows 7. I also plan on renewing in February. I tried the "roll back" but that doesn't work, either.

Gregory, this is NOT a time to be sparse with words lol. It's like going to the doctor and saying 'I'm ill' and then giving no further details, he will not be able to diagnose and treat you until you describe what your symptoms are.

Again, exactly what happens when you try to start Winstep Xtreme? Is there an error message?

What have you already done to try and fix the problem (which I still have no clue what it is, only a generic 'no longer works', which doesn't tell me much)?

My "Shareware" has expired (36 days). I cannot "Click to Register" or "Click here to roll back to previous version". It's wanting me to re-purchase.
