Hi everyone, new user here. I have the toolbar installed and mostly configured. I have running apps showing. Apparently when you show running programs on the bar it adds a default separator between running apps and your other icons.
I want to either delete the default separator or else just edit it. I use a large black dot as my main separator, but the default separator is an ugly green line (see screenshot). I've tried everything I, as a new user, can think of to configure, or delete the default separator, but I don't get a mouseover at all on it at all. When I right click it I get the default menu like when you right click the bar itself.
I'm willing to edit txt files or the registry, but I can't figure out what to edit. Please help, and thanks in advance for your time.

As I only use running tasks in the tasklist of the taskbar and never use separators anywhere (haven't done for years!), I'll have to check up on this one when I get a chance, sorry. If anybody else has the answer, please feel free! :)

Thanks for your quick reply. Attached is what happens when I right click on the separator itself.

Unfortunately, we're no nearer to solving your issue, and it could be a while - alas! - unless someone else can help out as I'm not in Windows very often and don't even have it on the system at the moment (I'm mainly a Linux user nowadays) pending a reinstall.

That's fine, and pretty much what I expected. I'm not really in a rush, I was just hoping that, as long as the package has been out someone had already run into this issue.
If it helps, I'm using windows 10 with all the updates. I keep Avira anti-virus running, but this seems to be a pretty straightforward, unrelated issue.
Thanks again for your time.

I don't use docks myself, but which theme are you using?

I believe it's the Emerald Green theme. I would imagine though, that it's the same across all themes. That's just a guess though.

EDIT: Whoops, make that Elegant Green.

Don't have that theme so can't check straight away, but you may need to edit the separator graphic.

Sorry, that should have been Elegant Green, which is included in the stock release.

Hhmm... I only installed Winstep a few weeks ago and that theme is not in the set on my machine. So I can't have a look at it.

Have you checked the separator image in the theme files?

No, I don't know how to do that. I don't have anything that looks like "theme files". I can attach a screen shot of the directory if it helps.

Just to confirm, are you using Nexus, Nexus Ultimate or Winstep Xtreme?

The About page says Nexus Ultimate. I know I'm not using Xtrem. Is there a better way to find out?

Sorry my bad - its a dock only theme.

Told you I don't use docks :)

How are you inserting your 'black dot' separator?

Here's a copy of my directory structure. https://ibb.co/wy2w5m4
Sorry I'm on my phone and can't get the editing right. That's the right address though.
