I recently renewed my subscription for Nexus Ultimate, however i still keep getting prompted to renew.
Checking the subscription confirmation email says
"You should have received a Nexus Ultimate License Key attached
to this message. To register your copy of Nexus Ultimate, please
do the following"

However nothing was attached.

Does anyone have any advice on how to renew the software?

Can you please send me a PM with the email address you used when you registered the software (or some other info that helps me locate your order) please? Can't find anything under the email address you used to sign up with the forums.

Either way, emails with license keys are sent automatically by BMT Micro upon purchase, and I have NEVER seen one that failed to have the license key file attached.

Perhaps it is an issue with your email client that is preventing you from seeing the attachment?
