 Post subject: Problem With Winstep Ultimate Download And Activation

so i bought the nexus ultimate, and there was an email send to me.
with ultimate and a pack of tiles to download it.
so the problem is that the links are down.
if i click on them, there is a blank tab open it. those tabs are open for 2 seconds and then, they close themself with no download started.
