When using Wokrshelf under "Dock Style Editor" I select and really prefer "Tiles" However there are only a few to choose from. First: are there any more that are already out there that I just can't seem to find, and second:
How about a shadow effect to make the tiles appear to be raised above the desktop. (that I think would look pretty cool! )
PS: Had a problem with Workshelf and Vista regarding explorer.exe becoming very unstable after about an hour of use,
(This never happened under NexStart alone) My only solution at the time
was to restart explorer.exe through task manager, so for a while I just
didn't use Workshelf, (sigh) but after downloading Vista SP1 the problem
has been resolved. I have had both NextStart and Workshelf up for 4
days with no problem. Not touting Vista here, just passing along a solution that worked for me.

There is a 1,000 dock tiles pack which you can download from the URL I've sent you via private email.

The shadow effect idea is nice, but I wonder how many people actually use tiles in their NeXuS docks versus regular NeXuS themes/other dock backgrounds.

I'm also running Vista here, but never had the problem you described, even before installing SP1. Sounds more like a driver problem corrected by SP1?
