I'm having a problem with the mouseover magnification effect for the icons on the Nexus dock. The effect cuts out as I move the cursor between icons, giving the effect of the dock quickly increasing and decreasing size. It does work if I track along the very bottom of the icons, but not elsewhere, i.e., the middle and top. Any thoughts? I'm using Windows XP, 2GB RAM with AVG security fully installed (firewall, antivirus, etc.). I tried disabling AVG with no impact, thinking it was getting in the way. Thanks. |

I believe you've set the dock background to be fully transparent - try increasing the opacity level a bit. |

Thanks, that basically solved it. I actually had it at 75% transparency and the problem persists until 50% transparency, at which point the routine works properly. Odd. I've been using the Leopard theme and I haven't tried it with others yet. Thanks very much. |

That's something I have to fix anyway. Users should be able to select full background transparency without any ill effects. |
