 Post subject: Activation key didn't work

I received the email with my activation key for extreme, and I simply saved it to my documents folder, double clicked it, and nothing.

Could you email me another one, maybe I did something wrong that I didn't even pay attention to?

Support is outstanding! Stupid error on my part and all is working now.
