Registration is one major aspect of product support. I can understand that a company can be too busy due to large volume sales to address registration activation codes however, this in my opinion is the meat of the product, especially if someone already has paid for the product.
On the other hand if the company is on it's last legs, then I can also understand that sales may be sparse and as a result time spent on someone watching for new sales and registration requests may be unprofitable.
In any case, I would like to get my registration/activation code asap because I like your product, have paid for it and want to use it to it's full capacity.

how many hours ago did you purchase it? did you allow the suggested 48 hours before posting?

I would not even try to send anything until the 48 hours has past, which in this case it has, therefore the original post. I hate to waste anyone's time, especially my own. thanks
