Where can I download Winstep version 10.9 I think it's the one i need, I have a key file from when I purchased Winstep ages ago (can't afford to get new version for some time yet)and I think 10.9 was the version I got.

Unfortunately we do not keep old versions floating around, it's up to the user to backup the setup file of the last version that will work with their license key.

Version v10.9 is terribly old, anyway, it was launched in 2010. You know that as a registered Winstep user you can still simply renew your upgrade subscription for only $19.95, no? This will entitle you to the latest version plus a year of free upgrades.

When you go to the shop to get the new Winstep Basic there is no way you can upgrade as there is no upgrade button, all you can do is pay the full price for the software at the checkout stage, even if you log in as an existing customer it still only allows for full purchase no upgrade price any where.

Here is what you do: install the latest version, then register it with your old license key. It will still be shareware since that license key is too old for the latest release, but a new button will pop-up in the About tab of Preferences saying 'Renew Now'.

Click that button and you will be taken to a page where you can renew your license subscription. You will then be sent a new license key after a few hours which will work with the latest version and any released within the next 365 days.
