Just curious, why would an Xtreme update change user data?

I'll still play around with changing the c:\user\public location just to see what happens, but until Winstep and Windowblinds can both play nice with a new location, it's staying on the default.

I will continue to help work this out with you anytime you want.

'User data' in this case means *Winstep* data (NOT personal documents, lol) that should be read/write (i.e.; that the user can modify).

For instance, the next update will need to do that to update the DarkTech theme with the new smooth bar meter bitmaps and updated theme configuration files. Also to add the new high-quality Male and Female MP3 voice files.
