Forgive me if this has been asked and answered before, but I couldn't find the answer.

I have my system tray detached to my desktop. I would like for it to expand vertically down rather than horizontally but can find no system setting to enable this. Am I missing something or is this not possible?

Ouch. It's not currently possible, sorry. In all these years you're the first to request this... but it makes all the sense in the world, so expect it to be implemented ASAP.

Perhaps even for next release if it's not too complicated to pull off.

My guess is that very few people use detached systrays or tasklists these days, otherwise someone would have (or should have, lol) already come up with that idea.

Thanks for the quick response, Jorge. My plan is to reserve some space on the right side of my display for Rainmeter objects and other things that I will want immediate visual and mouse access to, using the remaining 3/4+ for running programs. I already have my task list expanding vertically and it would be really nice to have the system tray running parallel.

Kinda cool being the very first in the entire history of the universe!
