 Post subject: Can't find a setting!!

I have looked everywhere for this setting and can't find it. I know it was there in 16.9 but it seems to be hiding in 16.12.

I basically want to have my backups and restores completely separate between the work shelf and my start menu organizer.

Where is this setting?

Also this is weird, I found a strange yellow line on my RAM module. I can't seem to get rid of it. See pic! It actually moves like its tracking progress or something.

Finally found the setting I was looking for. Still wondering about the yellow line. :?:

I'm using the "Ultimate clean theme" but am using the modules from the "Black Pearls" theme.
