I'm doing something wrong because I can't reproduce this one here. What are the steps to reproduce with all the desktop modules visible to start with?

I missed the moon last night. I guess I checked too late. I was busy and forgot to check early on after it got dark.

It's now a little after 7:30pm and the moon is very bright! It's in the correct phase in accordance with the Moon Phase Module.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! :)

I had been getting reports that the application was sometimes temporarily losing registration (easily fixed by clicking the Register button in Preferences again but still annoying) and for the life of me I couldn't pinpoint what might be causing it because it NEVER happened here (not to mention that, due to their very nature, background anti-piracy measures are very complicated and spread all over the code).

So, the next best thing was to force that red dialog to pop up in all the cases where registration could be lost - the codes in brackets at the very bottom allowing me to pin point exactly where registration was lost. And you not only came through with the goods on time, as you even posted a screenshot with the codes I needed.

So YAY to you too!!! :)

Hope you enjoy your travel - was already wondering what was keeping your from responding.

P.S. Hope you enjoyed the music that played when that red warez dialog popped up lol. :)

Another thing I need to report. Since I upgraded to the latest version, the clock announcement says only "pm" or just a blip of a letter like "m" once in a while.

It's been about two weeks and it has happened about 7 times. I have no idea what could be causing it.

My announcements are set to not fire between 12am-7am.

I'm not quite sure about this. It wouldn't be vital, but it's a kind of a basic feature on alarm clocks. Any alarm clock has some light or dot to indicate that an alarm is active.

Ok, here is what I just did (not in the beta, though): that green circle with the bell icon is the image that is used by default for the Alarm Manager IC. You can always change the default green bell icon to something else if you want to by right clicking on the item and filling the Icon Path field in the Item Properties dialog (or just dropping a PNG image into the IC).

Now, if there are NO alarms active, any icon(s) being used for the Alarm Manager IC get automatically grayscaled. This will allow you to see at a glance if any alarms are active: if yes, the icon has color, if no, it doesn't.

Will also be adding some info to the Alarm IC tooltip.

But the other times it will say the time just fine? Anyone else seeing this?

Also, can you please post a screenshot of the Sounds tab in WorkShelf Preferences?

Alas, while I just fixed this issue, I don't think it's the same issue causing registration to be lost - because, in your case, the license key is actually NOT valid for the 17.11 version.

When you downloaded the beta, the Update Manager warned you about this, right?

Great solution!

yea, it did, but it also said it would work for 30 days after update as a trial version(and it keeps saying that until the anti piracy kicks in and i have to restart workshelf):
http://prntscr.com/hging9
http://prntscr.com/hginoy
so i installed it to help you test the beta (using update manager)

but instead of treating me as a valid user with an expired license with the tryout counting down, anti piracy keeps getting triggered

I know, I'm sorry and I already fixed it here.

I had to put that warning red dialog where before it would not appear, so I knew at which point the anti-piracy check would (wrongly) disable registration temporarily... but I did make a mistake there, which is one of the reasons why I abhor touching any code related to anti-piracy. It's deliberately pretty complicated and obfuscated, so working on it later becomes a nightmare, even to me.

for some reason (i think because of alarms or email notifications while i was talking with someone) i had lowered the winstep media player slider in windows sound mixer, and good thing i did, because first time it popped up i had just settled into a hotel, i think rooms around me are empty but at 1 am in the morning it would have been heard, and even if it didn't wake anyone, it would have startled my gf as hell

In which case I would have to ask you to apologize to your gf for me. :)

That dialog from hell (and the music eheh) is not supposed to be seen *at all* by legit users. Unfortunately I have no way of knowing how effective it really is. I know *some* people do follow through to the Buy Now page.

Hi Jorge, you didn't respond to the screenshot I posted. Did I post what you wanted to see?
