Hi,
I purchased a licence a few days ago but was only able to manually transfer the key file into the Licences folder.  After I did that; renamed the file and double clicked it I ended up the attached screenshot.  I am still not registered as every time I double click either of the files I get an error message saying that transfer to the licence file failed......but the key file is ALREADY in the licence file - it just won't register. Is there some way you can just send me the key in an email so I can manually register. My trial expires in 24 hours and I am sick of receiving reminders (in duplicate) every time I start my PC.

That's because Explorer is hiding the *real* file extensions.

Easiest way to solve this:

1. Delete both files from the License folder.
2. Save the original license key file in the email into a temp folder in your hard drive (you should see it shows the Winstep icon when you do this).
3. Double click the license key file.

All going well, you will get a dialog box thanking you for registering.
