Hi Guys - I paid for a subscription renewal on 2 September but have not yet received the new key. I have sent messages to support and sales with proof of purchase but no response. Can anyone tell me what to do? Thanks! |

Hi! Thanks for reaching out on the forums. Wish more people would do that when they don't get a response by email. I looked it up and the license key was automatically sent when you renewed (I get a copy too). Have you checked your spam folder already? Anyway, I'm re-sending a copy and also CCing it to your gmail address. Please let me know if/when you got it. |

You should look up with your wasphosting.com ISP what is going on, it is automatically rejecting messages from both BMT Micro and Winstep sent to your *@wonboyncabins.com.au email address. Since it's rejecting emails from two totally independent mail servers located at different IP addresses and networks, this suggests an issue on your side. ### Reason: Remote host said: 554 5.7.7 Message rejected by domain policy. I have a similar problem. I have purchased a licence for Winstep Extreme Full Edition and I have not recieved the mail containing the key. I have sended an mail to the support@winstep.net with the invoice number and Order ID and no reply arrived. Moderators, please help me. If aditional prove of purchase is needed, please let me know. --I have recieved today 6 Oct an reply to my mail, from cservice@bmtmicro.com, saying that the message was fowarded to the developer. Hope I will be solved soon. |

I have recived the mail. Thank you. Don`t worry about the delay, maybe bussy or having a vacantion. Both are very good reasons. No harm done. |
