I'm almost positive this is *NOT* a Winstep issue, but thought I would ask here anyway. The vast majority of items in the system tray have names displayed with their respective icons in the system tray shelf. Some don't. Why are some icons missing associated names? |

You're right, this is not a Winstep issue. Some icons don't have names because the application responsible for them simply did not provide a 'description' field, or rather, left it empty. For instance, I have a Logitech Webcam tray icon which appears in the tray expansion window (which is 100% handled by Windows) and Windows doesn't display a tooltip for it either. |
