So I know it says in the FAQ that after purchase you receive a license and download link via email, but I simply cannot find the email sent to me, or remember which email address I used to purchase. I'm trying to update it because Windows keeps deleting it thinking its a virus. I have restored it and it keeps getting removed so thought I should update but find that I this site has no account system or any way to easily obtain a past purchase? Can I please get a link to the latest version? |

Nevermind. I just used the old installer I archived and then did an update from within. Still strange tho how there is no account system to allow a purchase to be downloaded again if required. |

Why complicate things? The download links are public (although not for Nexus Ultimate), and you can just as easily leave a post here - as you did - or write to Winstep support. My guess is that you are running Windows 10 and were having trouble with Windows Defender? Or are you running another Anti-Virus software? Also, what version of Nexus Ultimate were you running? Seems Microsoft is behind a lot of false positives recently, but so far Defender only seemed to be having an issue with NextSTART. This is not good and I already had to write to them twice. |
