Usually spam folders are checked with some frequency, but with the new release and the holidays they went unchecked for quite some time, sorry about that.
Anyway, all I can find from you is an order from 2010. I'll send you a copy of the email with your license key, but you realize that key will not work with the latest release of Nexus Ultimate, right?
