I'm loving the voice (announcing the hour), but would like to disable the sound effects. Is that possible?

Not currently, but you're not the first to ask for that, so I'll add it to the next release.

While on this topic - there are those of us who hate voice announcements and prefer to have sound on the clock. Would it be possible to have the chime repeat according to the hour, i.e., 1 o'clock = 1 chime, 2 o'clock = 2 chimes, and so on?

Still clock related if perhaps somewhat frivolous, any chance we could get an analogue clock that runs counterclockwise, perhaps once we get multiple mods? In the real world, I once had an antique example of a counterclockwise clock and always loved that, plus that it always used to confuse the **** out of people! ;)

Just to let you guys know that I added separate settings to disable sounds and voices in the next release.

That is something I always thought would be useful too (and made sense) but never got around to implement.

ISTR we talked about that yonks ago.... On the 'to-do' list then? Perhaps with an option of a chime รก la Westminster chimes followed by bongs for the number of hours?

Aw, spoilsport! LOL! No seriously, that would be a seriously cool thing to have. I'd do myself a skin that would take up almost the whole desktop, LOL! (Would be quite cool as a screensaver too.) I'm sure if you made that into a standalone app it would sell like hot cakes! (I know there's loads of people out there who love that sort of thing.) :)
