I've 'cracked' the configuration for twin NET desktop modules, but this particular one is giving grief. Despite being perfectly correctly configured, the 'NET OUT' text fails to be displayed. It should be within the bottom area, marked here with a pale frame.
The whole of the bitmap is transparent, originally in two layers, one background (tp) and on top the tp. image layer. The only parts of the image that are not transparent are the frames and the actual grid lines, plus of course the histo, bar, and text. There is a tp margin of 4 pixels around the sides and top.

Oh, and btw, wherever Bytes in Mega or Giga form appear within the metering modules, they are shown as "Mb" and "Gb", which makes them bits instead of Bytes. This may cause some confusion to some people.
