Hi guys!

Trying to add a custom icon for the Eset security program in "Customise System Tray Icons" but Eset isn't appearing?

It is appearing with a blurry icon on system tray shelf...

Am I missing something?

Expand all the other tray icon trees in the customization panel. The system is not perfect (there is no native unique id for each icon, so the Winstep application does the best it can to make an 'educated guess' on how they group together) and sometimes one icon might become isolated or stored under another group.

Also, icons like Eset may use an animation: you will have to customize *all* the animation frames with the same static icon (unless you want to provide your own high resolution animation  ).

Oh, forgot about something else: also look in the 'Tray Exclusion List'.

If automatic exclusion is enabled, the Winstep application might have put it there (see the explanation in the tab itself).
