I know its probably unlikely but does anyone know how to load a rainmeter skin from the dock? |

Sorry you didn't get any replies. I don't use Rainmeter, so I can't help you either. Try asking in their forums if there is some way to do that from the CMD line or an external script. If there is, you would be in luck. |
