So, I came over to Winstep Nexus from RocketDock. And with the stacks feature that RocketDock had, whether you were clicking a stack from the desktop, or clicking it while the dock was invoked from over top another window, the dock stayed visible whilst the stack was open. Nexus doesn't seem to do this. The way I have it set up, the dock is on the bottom layer by default, only coming to the top layer when moused over. But this seems to cause issues when working with stacks; when you click a stack icon, the stack does open, but the dock itself returns to the bottom layer. Is there some setting that would allow the dock to stay above windows until the stack is either dismissed, or an item within the stack is clicked, while still allowing for the normally desired behavior of staying below everything until it's called for?
