I agree. When I read n-Ric's reply last night, I thought, "There should be a way to undo that." So, maybe if the user does a manual check, also remind the user they've turned off auto-checking and then give them the option to turn auto-checking back on or leave it off.

Ok, I changed the Update Manager so that it will also report hidden updates if the user performs a manual check for updates.

Great, Jorge. :)

And, I also agree with DD_Ric and his further suggestion.

I know, sorry... Why do you think I haven't made an official release yet? :)

I need to apply your settings here, but all of this Corona beer business has been messing with me. :P

new bug, maybe

https://prnt.sc/rtsnnf
as soon as i lock my screen and unlock it, my desktop background gets covered in grey with dots
why do i think its winstep connected?
a)it started shortly after if not imediately after new beta
b)https://prnt.sc/rtsp0i its not full screen , it starts a bit below the workshelf
c) it goes away after i restart workshelf

Figured out what was happening and fixed. Now I have to make sure the fix didn't break other stuff.
