when I changed my theme, almost everything is changed successfully except the running app indicator how can I change this tiny bright dot to other things like dark dot or small arrow??? |

Open the Properties dialog for that dock, go to the Appearance tab. At the bottom left corner of this panel you will see options for changing the running indicator icon. |
