Just got this from Zone Alarm

I just got a word from the escalations. Please download and install the patch below.
http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/free/ ... _18094.exe

You may download and install the latest version on top of the current ZA version you are using. Please observe if you are having the same issue after installing the latest patch and if ever you are having the same problem, please troubleshoot and follow the steps below.
1. Open your ZoneAlarm.
2. Click on the Antivirus & Firewall tab.
3. Click on the Application Control and proceed to View Programs.
4. Locate the Winstep program and set the trust level to Super. Click the ||| green line to select Super.
5. Click on Ok button at the bottom and Reboot the computer to take effect the changes.

Let us know about the result. Please feel free to reply to this email.

Should you need immediate help, please chat with us live at https://support.zonealarm.com

Best regards,

It didn't solve it. Issue takes a little longer to happen but it still happens. Winstep works great as long as ZA is disabled completely.

SO FAR A SOLUTION

"We recently released a newer version. Please perform a clean uninstall and reinstall with the program.

Kindly follow the instructions listed below.
1. Press the Windows Key on your keyboard.
2. Type in "Programs" in the text or search field.
3. Windows will show the search - select from the list 'Add or remove programs'
4. Scroll down and locate ZoneAlarm,
5. Right click and click Remove/Uninstall
6. Reboot when prompted
7. When your machine is back on, run the CLEAN.exe file which is the updated Clean Utility tool of ZA
to remove residual file of the old version. Please use this link:
http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/free/ ... /CLEAN.exe
8. Reboot when prompted
9. Please use this link below to reinstall ZoneAlarm.
https://download.zonealarm.com/bin/free ... _18102.exe
Enter your license key after reboot.

Set the Application Control setting after the installation and make sure your program is marked as Super.

I now have 1 dock on my 'main' screen and then a shelf on 2 other screens. I have 5 modules in my NextStart and have not had any issues being able to use Next Start or WorkShelf. I think ZA finally found out what was wrong between them and Win10 1903.

UPDATE: It will 'crash' but if you wait about 5-10 seconds after you try to activate something it will reactivate and be working again.

Good news... I think?

What do you mean by 'it will still crash' though ?
