Post subject:  Problems after Buying a License

Hi, a few days before I´ve bought a license for Nexus Ultimate.
But there was no reaction from Winstep.
I´ve checked my spam filter, but there is nothing blocked.

I´ve written to the Winstep Support, 2 times with diverent email adresses, but nobody replies.

Is there anyone who can tell me what´s to do?

You did the right thing posting in here. Sometimes customer messages get trapped by the spam filter and I might not notice immediately (which is why there is a notice to contact Winstep via the forums if there is no reply after 48 hours). Let me check and I'll get back to you ASAP.

Ah, when you register the receipt and email with the license key are sent *automatically* - and immediately - by BMT Micro, our payment processor, so you might want to check your own spam folder to see if they are there.

I know BMT Micro recently changed their IP addresses and this might also have an influence.

Ok, found your order and forwarded the email with your license key to your gmail and eu addresses. Can you please confirm receiving it?
