Hello, i have a Problem. I get no Email with my Key. I Contact the Support but no email. I wanted to update my Winistep, because my key has expired. |

Hi! BMT Micro, our online payment processor, recently changed their server's IP addresses and that might have something to do with you not receiving the license key - unfortunately it takes time for an IP address to get a reputable status (i.e.; that no spam originates from that IP address) and some ISPs assume you're guilty by default.  Anyway, I have forwarded the email with your license key via Winstep support - please let me know here if you received it.
