Post subject:  Paid, but no Email with Key
Hello, i have a Problem. I get no Email with my Key. I Contact the Support but also no email.

I wanted to update my WinStep-Nexus Software, because my key has expired.

I'f got a Bill with the Invoice Number 43296171, but no License Key per Mail.
I paid with PayPal. Please tell me, wat i should do now.

Hey Oscar! :)

The emails with license keys are sent automatically by BMT Micro, Winstep's payment processor, the second the order is completed. Did you check your spam folder?

Anyway, re-sending a copy by email... can you please confirm receiving it (or not) here?

thank you for your quick Answer an Re-Sending my Key per Mail!
I got him and my Software will run properly now.

Before I sign up in this Forum, I checked my Spam Folder at multiple Times.
I really got no Key-Mail from your automatically System.

Now Everything's fine.
