At the 12 of december i buyed Winstep Xtreme but i didn't receive a Key. I send a email 2 times to the support with different email-adresses but didn't receive an answer. Please help me! |

Please help me! First thing, check your Spam folder - it probably is in there. The key is send out automatically by BMT as soon as your payment clears. If it should not be in your spam folder, try emailing support (Winstep) again, from the same email address that you used to register. Or simply wait for Jorge (Mr. Winstep himself) to get back to you here once he gets back from his Christmas break that he seems to be on at the moment. |

Checking the Spam Folder is the first thing i ever do and from the Support i didn't receive an answer. I will wait some days to become an answer here in the forum. |

My since apologies, emailing BMT Micro would have helped too. Emails with the license keys are sent automatically upon purchase, and your was no exception. I've re-sent using the Winstep support account, can you please confirm receiving it this time? |
