At some point during the day, I notice that the running indicators on my Nexus Ultimate stop turning on when I open new programs. If I then close a program then the indicator turns off, but won't turn back on again when I restart the same program.

If I restart Nexus then it remembers the indicators that were on when I closed it, but still doesn't turn them on for all open programs.

This has happened on a few days with my laptop, so is not a one-off. I haven't noticed it on my desktop (which tends to be on for shorter periods and with less opening/closing of programs going on).

This laptop is pretty slow, if that is of any relevance. So it really chugs when I am opening things later in the day, until I reboot. Think the whole thing needs a Windows reinstall. Plenty of RAM and the CPU is not working hard, but something slows it down.

Any suggestions? Is there a debug log somewhere that might inform the dev team?

File comment: Excuse the low quality, but you can see green RI's on a few things and none on Excel/Powerpoint/OneNote/GSA

Try to see if there is a pattern to all those applications not showing the running indicators. For instance, are they all UWP apps instead of Win32?

Also, you need to provide better screenshots lol :)
