Especially not in your case where you are having real issues.

This said, Winstep Xtreme does have a 30 day fully functional trial that you can/should use before committing to buying, and people need to understand that refunds have real costs to the vendor - they should not be requested/used lightly.

Anyway, I'll try to get your order processed tomorrow, it's already late at night here. :)

:oops: Oops,I understand,didn't meant to act like a jerk to ask for refund,but I have encountered a lot of bad customer service.
Winstep are not one of them though lol.Thank you for letting me have a downgrade refund.

By the way,I have tried a clean install of Windows 10 and then install the Winstep Extreme,the error still pops up,maybe the error related to something else?

That clean Windows 10 installation is also in Chinese, no? I have a feeling it's related to that.

Yes,in chinese.

Maybe I should try install in English,but I have already setup all the stuff,don't want to do it again,really annoying for installing everything back.
