Ultimate License

Hi,
Is there someway to access my nexus ultimate download file online?
I have my key but cant find the email with the download link.

If you took advantage of the trial, you already have the product installed and can just apply the license to it.

There's not a special download. Just download and install the correct product from this page:

https://www.winstep.net/products.asp

...and then apply your license to it following the steps in the email. (I thought the email told you where to download it as well.)

There is no download for Ultimate unless you checkout the purchase, which I did nearly a year ago. There does not seem to be a way to apply my license key inside standard nexus either, it just takes you to a page to buy ultimate. If I could just find the email it would be fine, but it's not showing in my archive. Does anyone know how long it takes for winstep to reply to support emails? It's been days and I need Ultimate back! :lol:

I apologize, I thought the regular download would be unlocked as an Ultimate version when you applied the license to it. Did you try that?

Jorge, "puchase" should be spelled as "purchase" in the FAQ I quoted.

Sorry, Carnival holiday here so I took an extended weekend leave from the office.

Unlike what happens with Winstep Xtreme, the 'trial' version of Nexus Ultimate is the free version of Nexus. This is actually deliberate so users coming from other docks get used to the 'Winstep way' of doing things before delving into the more powerful - and therefore more complex - Nexus Ultimate.

As such, there is no direct link to download Nexus Ultimate on the Winstep web site - that URL is provided when you purchase the product on the same email with the license key.
