Hey Winstep Forum,

As the post title suggests, I'm wondering if there's a way I can remove the separator between the apps I have pinned to my dock and the rest (running programs). I can't right click on the separator to remove it, as there's no option to do so (unlike my other separators, which I can remove fine).

As of now, it seems like my only course of action would be to either pin everything I have open, or unpin everything else to group everything together. Neither of these options are ideal, but maybe there's something I could edit in a configuration file somewhere that would remove this separator.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

As with the MacOSX dock, there is no way to remove the separator that separates pinned items at the left from dynamic items at the right, sorry.

Since that particular item is a dynamic separator, no, not directly.

You can, however, customize the image used for ALL separators in that dock, by adding a nxsep.png bitmap to the folder that holds the bitmaps of the dock background you are currently using.
