Hi, I bought the Ultimate version few days back, and I´m amazed, good work.

It´s only one thing..
I have some aplications on the dock, Chrome, Firefox, Photoshop, etc.
When I launch one of them, a light dot appears below the icon indicating a instance of this aplication running, ok all good.
If I push again the same button, the app minimize.

With all aplications except one, Chrome. Chrome dont want to minimize, when I push the dock button, the Chrome window have a little blink, and sounds a Windows 10 error sound, the sound is called "Asterisco" in spanish, I guess in english it will be "Asterisk"..

Any idea on how to fix it?
It´s a feature I use so much, and I so much uses Chrome :(

Thanks!

For those of us that use Chrome's "apps" on our desktop, this will probably always be an issue. In my case, I have Hangouts and Messages installed as Chrome-hosted apps. As such, in the task list, they run as Chrome and fool Winstep into thinking they are actually Chrome windows. Unless Jorge can figure out a way to filter out those apps, I think we're stuck with this misbehavior.

Here is my desktop with three Chrome windows open. The Hangouts on the bottom-right and the Messages on the bottom left are always running. (Messages is https://messages.google.com/ - Google's Android messaging on the desktop. Since I work from my computer so much, it's easier and more comfortable to read and respond to messages on the computer rather than the phone.)

I had looked into that before, but I came to the conclusion that there is no way for a 3rd party application to distinguish between a regular Chrome browser window and a Chrome app. Chrome uses the same exact class styles, etc...

Wasn't Google going to discontinue these apps?

I swear that's what I thought they were going to do to Hangouts. Now, not only is Hangouts still supported, but they added the ability to do it with Messages.

Yep, it's still indistinguishable. The first window is Messages, the second one is the main Chrome window, and the third one is Hangouts.

I don't suppose we can do anything based on the window titles? The "Messages for web" and "Google Hangouts" are static. Combining that with multiple "Chrome_WidgetWin_1" classes, I am wondering if an "ignore this window" feature would be plausible?
