I have a hotspot that is set to "Display a Menu Showing the Contents of a Folder" and it points to the folder:

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Multimedia\

It doesn't display all the items that show up if I click "All Programs" | "Multimedia".

Here's a screenshot of both menus.

Is it possible some of the missing items are from another "user", like the C:\Users\Public or something like that?

I think All Programs tries to incorporate the current user and the public user stuff. But I'm not sure.

I'm sure it's something like that. But how do I get my hotspot to show me the same thing the NS Start Menu shows me?

Err, shouldn't you set the path for your hotspot to ...\All Programs\Multimedia to get the same menu?

Right click on the hotspot, select Properties. In the Hotspot Properties dialog, select Edit Hotspot. Go to the second page of the Hotspot Wizard dialog that pops up and you can specify a second folder. The contents of both folders will appear automatically merged in the menu.

Okay, I will try that. Currently, the hotspot points to "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Multimedia\"
