Emails with the license keys are sent immediately and automatically upon purchase, yours was no exception. Did you check your spam folder? I've sent a copy from the Winstep support address, please let me know here if you got it. |

Please check the spam folder of your Gmail account in a web browser. The email address I used is the same email address you used to create an account in this forum. |

Actually, no I can't, that image is too small to see anything.  Anyway, that's already two different email servers you are apparently not receiving email from. I've sent you another copy from my own personal Gmail account. If you STILL don't get it you will need to provide an alternate email address, sorry. |

I would email support@winstep.net if I were you. Incidentally, I just renewed my license today and got both emails from "BMT Micro Orders" almost instantly. I'm using GMail (well, the GMail that's inside of GSuite, but same thing). Here's a screenshot of one of the two:
