SOUND PROBLEM AFTER WIN10 update 2004

I have winstep extreme dock and after the win 10 2004 update (that is the recent update number,not year) I lost all the dock sounds. I saved my settings, uninstalled and reinstalled the dock but no good.
the dock still operates correctly, just no sounds. Repeated e-mails to support are not answered !! when you pay for all the bells and whistles it is disapointing when you cant hear them.

Sounds more like one of the many Windows 10 2004 problems?

Open WorkShelf Preferences, go to the Sounds tab. Make sure a voice theme is selected, then press the Test Voice button. Do you hear anything?

I JUST MIGRATED NEW SOUNDS INTO THE WINSTEP SAMPLES THEMES and added.

So if I understood correctly the problem was that the sound files were not migrated when you switched to your new Windows 10 system and it's working now?
