Hello,
I have two monitors and if I'm working in a window on my second monitor and I mouse over to the top of the first monitor the dock wont appear or show up unless I click on my first monitor first and then mouse over to the top of the the first monitor. It's as if the first monitor needs to have focus first before dock is shown.

How can I make the dock appear on mouse over regardless of whether the first monitor has focus or not?
