I purchased your Ultimate Dock around 24 hours ago but still haven't received my confirmation of purchase email or key. I also bought the previous version which went through almost immediately so was try to work out what has happened. I've checked my spam folder etc..

It should have came to the email address starting with ace_1@.....

Please check your spam folder.

Emails with license keys are sent automatically by BMT Micro immediately upon a successful purchase, and yours was no exception.

I also replied to your email to Winstep support (different mail server from BMT Micro) with a copy of your key.

If you received neither of those emails the problem is likely on your side. Please let me know.

I checked the spam folder on both my Mailwasher and also logged in directly to my iprimus account and there was nothing there...

What is interesting is that when I joined your forum, your email came in fine, I was able to also do the confirmation process for the account, which is why I can post here. I will send you an alternate email if that is ok with you via private message as it belongs to my partner.

Perhaps the problem is the license key file itself.

No problem with the email address, my message to you never bounced back. Anyway, with the alternate email address you should have your key by now. Please let me know.

The license has arrived via the other email. I appreciate you sorting this out and will try and remember to use the other email account for future purchases.
