I'm on Nexus Ultimate and I was trying to see if one of the possible with the system tray:

1. Be able to resize the "group icon" function to larger than 16x16 per icon since that looks overly tiny on modern resolutions. I realize that's the native resolution, but if the icons can be stretched and replaced anyway, it seems like being able to resize these would be a nice feature.

2. Have the system icons display as a normal dock, but "wrap" them to additional layers vertically. So if there are 5 icons and you specify 4 per row, it goes to the next one.
