Hi.. had winstep for tad over a year. Honest question .. does anyone ever hear back from Support? Tried more then once.. lol yes checked spam and trash .. when I 1st bought this they replayed every time. Now since as of Sept I didn't renew nothing.

My question was about my key. Computer crashes so.. had to reinstall. So when I did with version 20. It would not let me use my key The key.. man thank GOD I had that saved on another drive. Well this site NEVER gets back to me. I just asked if they could just resend the org email so I can down load the program.

Maybe its on the site 19.2.. but I found it google search. So.. since Sept.. no one gets back to me so.. no way will I upgrade. If they talk to you.. great. What makes a buiz is customer service. And word of mouth goes along way.. Sad.. I have to do this.
